I don't think this game would appeal to me simply because of how I'm inept with their creation tools. Although it is definitely intriguing.

It's designed around simplicity they say. In LBP, you were limited by the objects that were already there.

For example, if you wanted to make a leaf, you'd need a few green blocks and pile them up and cut it, it was basically a chore to make an object, but many got creative with it.

With Dreams, you just sculpt an object like you would do in the real-world. Reach in with your controller/psmove and draw. Best thing is, even if you suck at sculpting, they will have a wiki-like feature where you can search for other peoples creations and 'borrow' it to use in your level, with the original creator obviously getting the credit. I think that's awesome so people can focus on 1) Just playing other peoples Dreams and levels or 2) Play peoples Dreams and create their own without worrying too much about the actual creation part, and more on the creation tools

:)

The sculpting tool does look more casual and easier to learn. I always felt like MM should of had a tutorial showing how they created one of the story levels instead of the uses and functions of tools. I remember how I wanted to make a platformer in LBP but ended up creating a racing level lol.
