Considering one of these games already released on Vita (+360 + PC), I'd say this is shortest exclusivity period ever.

Something I could conceivably see happening is that NISA publishes the Vita version early next year, with a stipulation in the contract that Exp. can use the translation later in the year to self-publish on XB1 as a digital release.
Otherwise, I have no idea how this would work. Exp. can't translate the game themselves since they're a tiny Japanese developer with no overseas wing. MS aren't going to publish it because this genre is as niche as can be on handhelds and is basically non-existent on consoles. They'd need someone like NISA to pick it up, but they would've gone after it on the 360/PC/Vita if they were interested.
