Arcades may have had a stick that you used to control direction, but those sticks didn't offer varying degrees of direction. Essentially all they did was tack a stick onto a Dpad method of input. There was even an add on for the original gameboy (looked freaking awesome, even if it was bulky as hell) that included a joystick that fit over the Dpad so it was like using a joystick. |
THE HANDY PACK FOR GAME BOY, with its lighting, external stereo speakers, and magnifier. Add that to a game boy original with a game genie and an AC adaptor on it and you had a freaking massive game system. I called it.. THE SUPER GAME BOY.
