Why are people happy with game exclusives but not movie exclusives??

There is no reason you would. The likes of say Paramount or Disney, don't make disc players. They make movies/shows. There is no reason. Even if you want to argue stop phsyical media. They don't restrict their stuff to only one digital platform.
