Hahahaha Half Life 2 was far from over rated. It was a mind blowing experiance when it first released.

I dunno, I know that it was a very ground-breaking game when it released, but playing last year just felt wierd, it was a good game, but nothing that I would consider amazing, I think that HL2 suffers from FF7 syndrome, in which the impact that the game had in the industry is bigger than the game itself, and that leads to over-hype, and that leads to disappointment.
