I'd honestly make things more friendly to the OS. Wallpapers and dynamic ones can be made by people. You can hide/disable/uninstall any program on the PS4. You hate to see the music services icon, gone. Hate friends list, gone. The PS3 controllers/accessories function on the PS4. The remotes, and any third party device. Like the light gun for Time Crysis. Toggle company, health, and safety stuff logo stuff. And allow UOP blocked menus on DVD/BD to be skip-able. Put back more of the PS3 media stuff. Even if most won't use it. Like ripping from a CD. Extra little things that show people "we care about you".
