Give an IP from a company to another developer you like

All Rare's old IPs (Banjo and Kazooie, Conker, Jet Force Gemini etc) to Nintendo. Reason : Well, it's Nintendo. There isn't much more to say. I really want to play a new Conker and a decent Banjo and Kazooie game.
