The Steam Machine will be more of a threat to the PS4. And that's not saying much. Nobody's gonna consider the Apple TV competition, just as nobody considers the Wii U competition. The Apple TV will stop nobody from getting a PS4. We're in the Netflix era now, where everything has a dedicated Netflix app or what have you; maybe six years ago this would've made waves but with the Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Tivo, all the consoles, all the microconsoles, all the handhelds, all the phones, Smart TVs, toasters, laptops, flip phones, watches, and literally edible apples that can run Netflix, this means nothing other than another device that will have a low marketshare because a thousand of these things already exist and many families already have several different ones.
