I think Sony/MS are largely out of range of what this device does, but in a year or so an AppleTV with an A9 chip could be quite interesting. 

Nintendo, this probably stings a little more because it will likely gobble up or at least prevent them from really going down market now. A cheap console based around motion controls with free games-sub $5 games with the Apple name attached to it and the overall TV OS made for casuals takes that away from them. 

i'm generalizing, because each consumer going into casual gaming would be a lose to dedicated gaming.  if more people wanted casual gaming with those $4.99 or less, or free-to-play with microtransactions going into TVs.  Then dedicated gaming would surely lose more prospect buyers.
