Did they ONLY take video game related stuff (I count the Blue-Ray and PSP movies among that, since they obviously were stolen to view on the VG systems). Because if so it was surely a friend or acquaintance. If a guy came to your house to rob it generally, he would have also taken the TV, stereo, etc. as well.

That sucks so much. I agree that insurance is certainly your only option. Sony and a retailer would probably show sympathy but say it's not their business. Maybe you could get a gamestop or bestbuy to track a trade-in, but that's only a may be, and that's the most you could expect of them.

they also took some of my mom's jewelry, but they mostly took video game related stuff. I also learned that it wasn't anybody I know, I suspect it could be somebody from my dad's job, who's thinks we're made of money, which is complete BS. Reason why I said that is because none of my friends know where I live and somebody who's been described as short, dark-skinned, black man has been scoping around my house.

@FilaBrasilero

don't worry, i got insurance for this and if they track down the serial number (if they pawn it) and gotten the fingerprints, the bastard gets what he deserves.
