I never cared much about LBP. I only played some demo's and it never got me interested.
I do think the problems were the world was too abstract and the gameplay too simple. Jumping didnt feel very good at all due to some physic mechanics. It was a bit floaty.
It was a cool idea for one game, but not for a series. I think that is what happens with media molecule games. Tearaway will be the same. First game original, but no good for a series. They are games that relly on freshness, and theres no more freshness in a sequal. Its more of the same. So, that "same" has to have a strong basis of fantasy, immersion and gameplay. Due to their constant suspension of disbelief, these media molecule games will never make good series.
