Good work. Your video is well-edited and much better than anything that I could do.
My list would probably be:
1) Super Mario 64 (masterpiece, literally defined the 3D platform genre)
2) Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (masterpiece, almost defined the 3D adventure genre)
3) Super Mario Bros (masterpiece, hallmark for 2D platform gaming)
4) Metroid Prime (brilliant game, made first person platforming work)
5) Yoshi's Story (wildcard pick, defined the 2.5D platform genre 10 years ahead of its time and it's arts and craft theme was also years ahead of it's time)
