In terms of GPU power (scales very well with resolution atleast for the same architecture) Xbox One could possibly handle a 900p30 Drive Club.

As for the weather effect itself, it looks good. And definitely better than in Forza Horizon 2. It doesn't look as impressive as in Drive Club, but in some ways it looks and feels more like actually driving in the rain in reality.

I think it makes more sense for a more arcady racer like Drive Club though if stuff like weather is more about the looks than being as realistic as possible.

What would be really interesting: Comparing the weather of the next Gran Turismo with Forza.
