Why does Sony refuse to support the PS Vita anymore. If they did could it make a comeback?

Because they know they can't compete with smart phones which have equally powerful hardware, and everyone has a smartphone these days.

Even if they pump out quality sony exclusives for the vita, it won't drive sales by much.

Better focus on the ps4 and win the console market.
