Why does Sony refuse to support the PS Vita anymore. If they did could it make a comeback?

For 2015, Sony brought the following games to Vita, exclusively:

Fat Princess Piece of cake

Invizimals: The Resistance

Looney Toons Galactic Sports

MonsterBag 

Muppets Movie Adventures

Oreshika (for the West)

Run SackBoy Run 

They also had other games on that were on multiple PS devices:

HellDivers

MLB

They also actively work to bring 3rd party games to the vita:

Disney Infinity 2.0

Grim Fandango

Metal Slug 3

RE Revelations 2.

 

So... you are wrong.

The Hungry Hoard was another 1st party exclusive that quietly released the other month. That was is actually a lot of fun in short bursts.
