Does exclusivity increase your enjoyment of a game?

Well nor can I. But you look at the level of excitement a game like Devils Third had been creating before release. Had it been a multiplatform game, I highly doubt it'd have been on anyone's radar after last year's E3 showing...

It just seems to be a key aspect in whether many on here consider playing a game or not.
