My Top 10, in no paticular order though.
Need for speed underground (the original, great story an setting)
NFS ProStreet ( I may be in the minority here, but I loved the festival atmosphere and story)
Juiced (similar to NFS but had pink slips and you could manage a crew member in a race, like B spec in GT)
Gran Turismo 4 (so huge, and you had to wash and change the oil on second hand cars!)
WipEout HD (outstanding graphics and sound)
Forza Horizon 2 (wonderful game)
Forza 5 (good package and my first Xbox game ever)
F1 2010 (A great 1st effort from codemasters, fun and authentic)
F1 2015 (the best effort since 2010)
Project Cars because I can't think of anything else, it's really authentic and a nice success story.
All IMHO.
Edit: Burn me alive I forgot Burnout Paradise so I would put that in over Project Cars. And probably Motorstorm Apocalypse over F1 2015.
