Jailed for not adhering to the Supreme Court and a Federal Judges ruling, actually. People are held in contempt of court, often. And yes, jail is absolutely applicable if the judge deems it necessary. She won't resign, so while I personally don't want to force people to do anything they don't want, I also realize this is bigger than just that. She has the option to quit. She won't. So, jail time.
