It mostly definitely does in the context of this thread and the post I quoted.
Also, in response to the other people that quoted me, I wasn't deeming it a sales failure by singling out the reviews as a success. In terms of sales, it did fairly okay. Not a failure but not a huge success either. That's assuming that VGC's figures are correct, at least.
