A port is a game that was originally made for a platform before an identical version is made for another. A good example of this would be Bioshock, which came out on the 360 first, then the PS3 a year later. Tearaway Unfolded does not fit the definition of a port because it fails the identical part of the definition.
The game is somewhere in between a remaster and a new game. A remaster is an improved version of a previously existing game. However, Tearaway Unfolded isn't just Tearaway with higher resolution, better textures, and improved framerate. The controls are significantly different and there's 50% more content than the original game.
