I would like to add Chrono Cross, a lot of people had an unfair hate towards this game because they were pissed that it was so different to Trigger (graphics, battle system, new main characters) And I'm not pointing out nintendo fans here but some of them were probably mad that the new entry in the series released on playstation.
On the other hand many loved it, to a lot of people (I'm one of them) the game has one of the best OST ever, so yeah pretty divisive for me...
