I like how people act here like this is only a Nintendo issue.
Youtube samples the audio and if a track is in its database of copyright it flags it. Even if it is background radio playing.
Some games on PS4 when they record do not even have sound recorded because of copyright. Don't see too many complaining about that.
For these flags nt to show up Nintendo needs to remove all their audio files from the copyright detection.
