well getting a new engine running on 60 fps on a new game on a new architecture with global illumination, Dynamic weather, day and night cycles, building cars and tracks from scratch and that too with a staff of 100 is pretty darn difficult. Compared to a well established franchise with an established engine code pre baked lightning, limited weather effects with a staff of over 200. i think its pretty evident which game has enough resources to hit 60fps. same applies to PD
having said that i would take 60fps. but as for op graphical DC is a beast, also it would be disappointing if Driveclub 2 doesn't deliver 60 fps as that is the only thing they have to improve.
