Still, some peope vote for Forza 6's rain effects.  Makes me wondering if having good graphics is really important anymore? Or people will just imagine theirselfs that their products are superior because of marketing, fanboys etc.

Maybe people just prefer how to see raindrops at 60 fps versus 30 fps?

Graphics are important, but having the most cutting edge graphics is not important. For the second generation in a row Sony fans keep touting graphics, but that's not what gets us most excited about games.

Yes that has been their focus for 2 gens. That's why I talked about different mindset. As long as not every companies put all their budgets mainly on graphics I don't mind.
