I think that they're trying to make very cheap phones. At least in the UK they're the cheapest smartphones out there. That's the problem. I used to have a windows phone , and I just wanted to smash it to pieces. It was very frustrating. Even microsoft's own APPs didn't work properly. The worst part was that it crashed all the time.
