I dont see the problem with it. So if witcher 3 makes free DLC its noble but if Deux Ex makes free DLC for pre orders they are the devil? at least deux exes free DLC is made during devolopement not after, unlike with CD projects Witcher 3 who probably took content away to offer it as free DLC.
