For me, it was all or death.
Playstation, Nintendo 64, Gameboy, Saturn, Jaguar, you name it! Couldn't get the 3DO though, expensive as diamond-speckled testicles.
I enjoyed the first three quite a bit, although enjoyment from goes from greatest to least. The Jaguar was, well, how should I put this, mmm, it just sucked. And while the Saturn was decent, I was a youngling, and I wasn't surfing the internet, looking for news on every last niche game to buy. I could've bought them all later in life, like I did with most of my consoles, but I just didn't feel like it.
The rest of the consoles were fantastic. To this day, I still can't say which is better: PS or N64.
Times have passed, and I don't feel like choosing now.
