Aqua Blue PS Vita coming to NA (Gamestop exclusive); new colours (Orange/White) coming to Japan

I like very much the Aqua Blue one, but PSV is still too expensive. At this point I guess Sony decided that if it really wants to eventually relaunch PSV, with marketing and a mandatory new and cheaper model, it will happen when 14nm chips will be available for it.
