I actually sold my complete Dreamcast set a couple of years ago and got some very nice prices for things :) if my Wii U games will be worth the same sort of money in 5 years I'll be happy.
I've hedged my bets on Vita being where the collectability is this generation. Especially with some physical releases being barely 1000 units globally.
But I certainly agree that games like Mario 3D World are going to hold their value. Not sure they'll appreciate much, but they'll certainly hold far better than the equivalent flagship titles on other systems.
