Just because someone puts themselves in a situation doesn't mean you can't feel for them. I can understand what it's like to be in a lonely situation like that I went through the same thing myself when all my drug highschool friends lost control of their habit and I went on to finish college and work in the corporate world. He'll get through it I'm sure and I wish him the best.
