(Official timing for these events will be pushed back 1 hour to 9am/9pm EST.)

Welcome back to the Pokemon Olympic games. Last time we had an exciting battle tournament, this time we'll be having the long jump competition. In this event runners will run down a runway building up speed for them to leap as far as they can into the sandpit. The Pokemon that leaps the furthest into the pit will be declared the winner. Before we get into the event however, let's look back at the Pokemon Sky Battle Results.

This competition will work very similarly to the Best User competition where each position will be given points ranging from 12 to 1, where the Pokemon who has the most points by the end of the event will be the winner. Here is an example of how you vote in this competition.

11p Treecko

10p Chimchar

until the final Pokemon has been given 1 point. In the running sprint competition users may only vote once. Now to introduce the Pokemon that will be competiting in the long Jump.

Commentators: This is the first field event and it seems like Kanto is bringing in its two contestants that have never failed to medal, will they be taking another 2 medals home with them? Team Johto has brought in Scizor and Suicune. Scizor wont be allowed to fly in his jumping attempts but I don't think he needs them, building up seed shouldn't be too difficult for him either. Generation 3 is bringing back its starter duo and while Blaziken is a very good choice Sceptile's large bushy tail is an issue as even though he can jump far the tail will leave a print out in the sand behind him and from the furthest back point that is where they will measure from. Generation 4 using both Lucario and weavile should od well, Generation 5 should also do well. Generation 6 has brought in Sylveon for the first time and once again greninja returns. Greninja is agile and fast and can jump pretty well, though I'd say he is a better high jumper than long.
The white flag went up in the air signaling the start of the jumping
