I hate it. Same as with the WiiU. To use the app, you have to quit your game. But you can browse and view it! The only reason to use it is when you just want to watch hours f videos.
But the browser for the ps4 is kinda cumbersome. Gotta use the PlayStation app to make it easier... but then you may as well use the phone's browser.
