In gameplay, both PS4 and Xbox One run at a near-flawless 60fps, with v-sync engaged at all times to avoid tearing."

handles more intensive scenes at a perfect 60fps - though PS4 and Xbox One are equally prone to this light hiccupping."

You've made many claims and you've backed up one with a dud link. All of the links I posted shows a clear difference.

So again I ask, you admit you were wrong when you said always?

What do you mean? I always want better fps over resolution. If sony ps4 is so much powerful, why not sacrafice res to get better fps?

but why?  MGS stay at 60fps most of the time only dropping to 59fps (xb1 also does this) in few occassions.  It only drop to 30fps on cutscenes.  Who plays cutscenes?  Same with COD AW, in online mode of 5minutes of video, it dropped to 55fps for a second and went back up to 60fps, why sacrificed the resolution?.  Can you really feel the drop from 60fps to 55fps?once in a while.  What about project cars and batman AK that looks and play better than the xb1 version.  xb1 always performing better is a myth spread out by crapgamer and now all xb1 owners believe this which isn't true.
