What of the Vita version? There's changes there in the negatives, it's not 1080p. Does that make the Vita version a "demaster" and not a port?

I accept that's criteria of a remaster.
If I can point out those differences on a 360 game vs. the PS3 version of the same game, does that make the 360 game a remaster? And if not, why?
