I know people who are in 30+ year relationships and didn't even know each other before marriage (arranged marriage) and honestly their marriage is stronger than anyone elses marriage that I know. But that doesn't mean romance or the courtship period is completely invalid.
Modern marriage is just a man made creation to keep society somewhat more streamlined and mostly to protect the rights of a woman for the sake of child rearing. If there was some terrible war/plague or something that wiped out say 90% of humanity, their value system would likely change in a hurry and men would likely be encouraged to fuck and women would be encouraged to be promiscious because it would be advantagous to society to repopulate quickly.
But that's kinda beside the point in this instance (though a fun conversation), I don't think the hackers are in the right.

Modern marriage is marriage. A creation. That doesn't mean that family is a modern invention. Humans saw that building a family had better chances of survival and having better offspring. Men, much like apes, have "defense" mechanisms against infidelity like stronger sperm than other men, having more desire for the spouse after a long time without seeing her because of fear of her being with other men and building more sperm in the testicles to defeat the other men's sperm.
Also, why do you keep shaming men? Are you that feminist that you think women should be put in a pedestal and all the shit they do is because the man was a wuss? Or do you just think you, as a man, is an irrational primate that can justify his actions because of this and can't help him?

good question i wondered if i was the only person that noticed that
i suppose he's one of these guys that thinks women are too repressed in our current society and honestly i'd agree because i believe in freedom
meaning if you are an adult you should be free to make your own choices whether that be sleeping with everyone or sleeping with no one
the thing is though that controlling female sexuality is what allowed a fairly stable society to develop in the past and the lifting of these controls is leading to chaos for the future
this is why tissues like he instances of single motherhood are growing more and more, but i have no real opinion for or against that because again if it is the will of grown adults then so be it
