Who here plays Final Fantasy Record Keeper?

I started 3 weeks ago, so I'm admittedly a super nOOb, but here is my current party:

 

 

I started leveling Aerith, because Lenna capped out (no MC for me), and the WM is awful. I have 2-6*s, 9-5*s, and loads of 4*s, but no character specific weapons. I have to go back and play now.
