I think Mass Effect does a good job at minimising the effect of pretty much all of those tropes. Though one does notice that the female Shepard model underwent a boob job which she was being entirely reconstructed at Cerberus. Those evil bastards. She didn't graduate to a EE cup though. Indeed Dragon Age also has good female representation covering a large emotional and psycological range. Though in the case of Dragon Age Origins the female rogue armor pretty much always has an exposed midriff, but at least the bewbs are well protected with proper hardened leather.
