Ahhh I mis understood. I took the word 'original' and thought he meant Original, instead of 'current'.

Yeah he meant "original" versus whatever new constitution would be made as proposed by the thread creator. Since there is only one and has only been one U.S Constitution ratified (with ammendments) the current constitution is also the original. This is opposed with, for example, my state - Pennsylvania - having had four constitutions since the U.S constitution was ratified. The current Pennsylvania constitution is not the original.
