It should be over 2m in shipments by now, considering it's sold an additional 200k (retail) in Japan since June and 85k in the US in July, so around 95k for August NA sales in addition to sales from the rest of the world since June doesn't seem unlikely at all.

Well that's true, though I do wonder how much they keep in store shelves, since by what the Q1 results show it is a lot, unless they shipped and sold around 300k-400k in the week between the 1.1 million announcement, and the end of June.
