Koei Tecmo has PS4-only games in development

To be honest, this might not mean anything more than that they haven't considered bringing the games outside Japan yet. Just publishing for PS4 insider Japan is a no-brainer but it doesn't preclude those kinds of games showing up on Xbox elsewhere.
