Until dawn is a "B movie" horror game. A bunch of teenagers are trapped in the most ridiculous situation and you get to choose between a set of choices to see if you can save everyone.
Fatal Frame is a horror game where you take photos of ghosts. Or something along those lines.
That's all I know, I'm a pussy so I would never play them (except Until Dawn, I really like that B movie feel). If I had to choose I'd go with Fatal Frame because you can dress the protagonist in lewd costumes.
