Again, they arent oblige to keep servers up because you pay. If they shut down servers for the only titles you enjoy than stop paying them.

I assume people unsubscribed when OG Xbox servers shut down. Thats the logical thing to do if you dont wanna play 360 games online.

IMO its a grey area, legacy systems make sense current gen tho would be a big outrage for me.
