No luck, my copy isn't a preorder though, I bought the retail last month. And this is the site that was directed by the leaflet inside the box to register the game, http://eu.square-enix.com/en/gamereg

I just went to that site, logged in using my alter account, and I get this option. Isn't that the same option you need?
