I'm not sure if The Last of Us: Remastered counts, since that was originally a PS3 game. Though, because I didn't have a PS3, TLOU:R was my first experience with it. It is my favorite game on the console though.
For games that have come out in our current gen, it would definitely be Bloodborne. Despite me not particularly liking Dark Souls (I'm not a big fan of medieval fantasy, I don't really like how slow it is, and I hate the camera in Dark Souls 1), I adored Bloodborne. I still watch my recorded battle against Gehrman on occasion -- it was so intense and perfect.
I have still yet to play The Witcher 3, though my friends and family definitely recommend it to me. I will get to it eventually.
