Reminds me of iOS vs Android devices. I prefer iOS and apple's iPhone over android phone due to OS and user experience despite their being better android phone screens. Just like how I prefer xbox one controller and Xbox live. Small pixels that you won't be able to see a difference unless you pause both ps4 and xbox one screens at the same time and analyze isn't going to effect me, but a controller and service does.
