This can't be true. It's a horrible idea. The crowd who want digital only is very niche right now. Even with a price of $249 (though I see them trying to sell it for $299) this wouldn't do much against a non-gimped $349 PS4. Of course, this is the company who had the worst policies just 2 years ago.
