.Keep in mind that a lot of the posters above are old and don't understand being young like us anymore it seems. Most of my friends have 360s and prefer them to the Wii because it has more "mature" games. And that's okay. It's not a sin to not like quite a bit of the Wii's library and maybe prefer another console's lineup.
If the Wii isn't doing it for you, look into getting a PS360 or maybe upgrading your PC for gaming to go along with it.
