Except the Windows never listed in the service agreement, the fact is medias act like they read the windows EULA but it's not, because Windows EULA and service agreement are totally different.

So what's the point of this thread? actually, nothing, none of anythings are new, some people just overracting a rule that exist since few years ago.

The point of this thread is that installing Windows 10 one gives explicit permission to MS to do whatever they want to with the personal data. It doesn't mean that is implemented, but the authorizarization is there. Unless this article (the first I could find) is lying, sure:

http://www.techrepublic.com/article/windows-10-violates-your-privacy-by-default-heres-how-you-can-protect-yourself/

"We will access, disclose and preserve personal data, including your content (such as the content of your emails, other private communications or files in private folders), when we have a good faith belief that doing so is necessary to protect our customers or enforce the terms governing the use of the services."

They have the right to disclose their arse. Not my personal data stored on local discs.

This is not even related to this thread.

What are you doing? oh right, keep the FUD thread going.

Seriously, the answer of this inaccurate, complete wrong news ALREADY posted in PAGE 1, and yet some of people still trying to spread it is truly disgusting.
