So apparently the standard for reporting on when the service goes down reads as this. Six people in eastern Kentucky have been experiencing problems logging onto PSN: "Sony's been hacked AGAIN!" or "sweeping PSN outages." But xbox live is down for 2 days, and there's ONE article about it. Seriously though, I've only had trouble getting on twice during one of their outages, once was the month long outage (which was terrible) and once last Christmas. The other 57 times, I've had zero trouble.
