Remasters, Remakes, and Ports.....

A remake is a from the bottom up redo of a game. A remaster is just the new name of an enhanced port.

UC and Gears are obviously enhanced ports. Their code is not being completetly rewritten or anything to that effect: the games are merely being enhanced from the original source files.

Personal opinion on what is a cash grab and what is not. But in some cases it is pretty obvious: Protoype is a cash grab, because its barely even enhanced in any way and I think even runs worse than the original (r something to that effect). That is a cash grab just because its lazy.

Your surprised and yet, there is disagreement and confusion about what is what.
